Comfortable and conveniently located, the desks in the bedrooms were great as I had to work while we visited Thunder Bay.

Robyn responded to the issues of the space. The decorations were beautiful. There were maintenance issues. She provided an extension cord to charge our electric car, which was much appreciated. There are, in theory, 2 accommodations, one ground floor and one in the basement. I feel it would be difficult to share with 2 groups. In the basement apartment, there is minimal natural light, and one bedroom has no window. An unexpected issue of city maintenance came up, for which she gave us a large refund. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable place to stay for a group of 6 people in a safe residential neighbourhood. Very welcoming setup with some snacks and drinks that were appreciated after a day of travel. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we end up in Thunder Bay again. The only detractions (I don't want to say complaints) were some signs of peeling paint and thin windows that got chilly in the -20 degree weather. Some highlights that stand out... - Robyn was responsive and polite when answering questions before our trip. - Each room had clean towels and cloths laid out ready for use - Comfortable beds with warm and cozy comforters - Snacks and drinks awaiting us on arrival - Shower had soap and shampoo available for use - TVs setup with an Android T box for easy streaming I can't say that the accommodations were super fancy, but I would recommend it for a comfortable and clean place to stay.
