Beautiful place - spacious, super comfy bed and pillows. Four pools and BBQ areas were great to allow space from others. Would definitely stay again.

The listing title was "2 bedroom pool side" which has now been changed to "two story unit" after i complained. There was no where on the listing that stated it was double story & the photos on the listing were the completely different unit! The photos on the listing indicated it was a single level. We have a very active 15mth old & the steep wooden staircase was extremely dangerous for him. Also not having the correct photos and displaying a completely differnt unit is so misleading. I expressed my concerns when i cancelled the booking but did not get a reply. Was told it was $30pn for a porta cot which i was surprised at especially when we payed 1200 for 3 nights as it was school holidays. I said not to worry about it if that was the case. I never recieved a reply and it was set up anyway. There is no information on amenities, the incorrect photos & poor communication plus its overpriced for the fact its old and not very clean. We booked a 4* resort next door for a similar price.

Great location in Agnes, short drive to 1770. All the amenities that you have at home. Pool side location, can watch children from patio.

Be aware there are stairs that aren’t listed in the booking. But it’s a great place and great location for the beach- fortunately we didn’t have anybody with mobility issues. Tony didn’t respond to my questions but when my wife arrived at the resort the manager was spot on.
