Sergio property is excellent! I appreciate his responsiveness and hospitality. I stayed for a long weekend and couldn't be more satisfied! My family and I had a wonderful time there. It was very spacious and we didn't fell crowded and would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the down town Silver Spring area!

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated apartment in Silver Spring. Didn't feel like a basement at all. It's located on a main road- the bus stops right outside the door, so super convenient to get places if you're not driving, but the apartment itself seems well-insulated - we had no problem with noise. Well-equipped kitchen was more than adequate for preparing breakfasts - we probably could have cooked a simple dinner there too if we'd wanted. Overall great value.
