This is a simple space, but it's clean, spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and air con works a treat. Based on our previous experience in under the house granny flats and the reviews here, we were surprised by how loud the noise from above was. It was mostly fine. Unfortunately, the little feet running around at 6am on Sunday morning was a bother for us. But otherwise a good stay.

The unit is very clean and as described, comfy Bed and close to local amenities and the city. Great location if your going to catch the football or an event in the stadium. The hosts are lovely and helpful.

The studio under Taneth and Adam's house is spacious and fully equipped. We stayed for 2 weeks whilst working and looking for a long term rental and this place had everything we needed. Taneth and Adam are extremely friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. As the ad says, they have two small children and staying under their house means that you can hear them playing and chatting in the morning. We didn't mind this as we were up early anyway, but this is something to take into consideration if you are after peace and quiet. The house is close to the Ross river and so you can go for walks or bike rides which is nice. Also highly recommend Presto Coffee which is very close by.

Taneth and Adam were great hosts who were always available and had flexible check in times. Private downstairs area and quiet location.
