Enjoy a Arizona themed cozy place to gather and enjoy your family and friends. Clean, simple, fully stocked kitchen, 2 separate living spaces, which is great for families . You will have plenty of TV’s and closet space. The living room picture window display the stunning Arizona sunsets pool table added. Step out to a nice balcony off the kitchen overlooking the back yard and pool. Listen to the water fall and enjoy the pool with a shallow and deep end which in the summer helps with the water temperature. The back pool deck is not perfect but will meet your needs. Fresh paint in most rooms but corn hole and outdoor ping pong table. Don’t forget to take a walk to the park and enjoy the lake.

The house was in excellent condition and everything was extremely clean. The fruit trees in the front and back yards were a delightful surprise. We also enjoyed the pool area and the new billiards table in the upstairs living area. Finally, the bathrooms were fantastic and beautifully designed. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Phoenix area, and I highly recommend it to anyone.
Excellent house!!
Place was great! I think the pictures don't do it justice - it is better then it looks in the pics. Was great for a large group. Kitchen had all the essentials although was short on coffee mugs, utensils, and wine glasses for a group our size (12). Pool is unheated as advertised, but was nice to sit by even though it wasn't warm enough to swim in. We had to move some of the outdoor furniture around to have enough seating, but there is plenty of outdoor furniture and places to sit. We also loved the porch. Brenda was quick to respond to questions during our stay. Would recommend!
Great house for a group to be together
Brenda was awesome! So quick to communicate and everything was perfect in the Airbnb. Beautiful house with lots of walking trails around and within 10 minutes from Old Town. Thanks for making our trip so special!

Quiet neighborhood walking distance from Chaparral park that has a lake with biking and walking along Scottsdale longest Greenbelt. Kids can enjoy the play ground and play on the basketball court. Listen closely and you can hear the Chaparral park baseball games from the property.
Property is also conveniently located within a couple miles of the Spring League Training facilities for the Rockies, Diamondbacks, and Giants.
3 parking spots in drive way, others park on street. Prefer spread them out throughout so not crowded on one street. Park on jackrabbit street. Bashas grocery store less than a mile.
