This home is directly in front of Misawa Airbase so very convenient for visiting family on base. We were a bit confused at check in but that was because of me. This apartment has a ground floor entrance. The water heater was off when we got there and I didn’t know what I was looking for so we were unable to get showers when we first arrived. Being only English speaking I didn’t know what I was looking for. The control is on the wall in the kitchen and with the help of g-translate I was able to operate it. I would have messaged our host to find it but it was very late. He is very responsive. We never could get the password to work with the wifi. The one by the tv and the one on the AirBnb site are a bit different but neither worked for me. No problem, I just used my Travelpass data with Verizon. Thanks for the peaceful stay.

Convenient location, spacious, clean

This property is a really convenient location, very clean and nice. I was appreciative of the owner allowing me to access the property to get something I forgot after I left. The issues I had were that the refrigerator cord did not reach the outlet so when I got there the manager had to leave to get an extension cord. The property on the outside looked like the picture on the app but not the inside, very different. The Wifi password on the app was incorrect so I had no access. There was no hot water pot, microwave or cookware even though the app said there would be. The all listed 30+ amenities but there were towels, shower soaps, laundry stuff. The main bedroom light would not work, only the fan and the owner did not help or send manager to come fix it. Maybe the English was difficult to understand that his messages came off really rude. If the property isn’t ready or available then it should not be listed.
