Such a lovely stay!:) Stephanie’s space was so clean and cozy. The area was also very serene and quiet. Quick drive to Grayton beach!

Stephanie was a friendly host. The place itself was clean - a hair dryer would be been a welcome addition. Porches and rooftop space felt worn and the view was out toward the bay (with a run down house between the bay and this property, which for me made the view less inviting). The master bath was cute but the barrel sinks don’t afford guests counter space. The kitchen was well stocked - the Tupperware containers were great for packing lunches for the beach. The drive back and forth to 30A was easy (15 minutes) yet after doing it each day multiple times I think I’d opt to be closer in next time around. The host was clear about their location so this is just added information for those wondering about this. The couch was so comfy and the table was a great place to gather to eat and play games. In all, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Stephanie’s house in Freeport over the holidays. My family lives in the area, and we needed extra space for a family reunion. The house was exactly as described, with comfortable bedding and a cute living room with a view on the bay. The location was great for us. The house is about 10-15 min away from the nicest beaches in the area (Grayton, Topsail), but away from the summer beach crowds. There is a Publix grocery store about 5 min away by car, which is very practical. Destin is about 30 min away as well. The house is clean and well equipped, with a small but nice rooftop terrace. We were therein winter, so didn’t spend too much time outside, but the balconies are nice to sit on and drink coffee in the morning or have a cocktail in the evening. I highly recommend.

Really comfortable, clean space. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable we’ve slept in other than our own bed! Highly recommend!
