Few things I wondered that you may too: Although the picture said waterpark access for only a few months, it was open and we had access. Hours were 11am-5pm One king bedroom on the first floor and all other 4 bedrooms upstairs with on suite bathroom/showers. (One star wars, one Mickey, one queen and the master with a king) Back door had a Pool alarm- it was annoying but also liked the safety of it. Fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you’d need. You’ll want to buy paper towels though. To get into the neighborhood you have to scan the QR code you’re emailed ahead of your stay- just go to the returning guest lane. Pictures didn’t do this place justice- was fantastic and location was great! 10/10!

This was our second time staying at the Encore resort so we knew what we were letting ourselves in for and were excited to return! The villa was very clean, well presented & a comfy home away from home. Our children loved the games room, the themed bedrooms & having access to the water park. The only thing I would mention is that we weren’t aware that the road behind the house was going to be busy & a bit noisy at times. Aside from this, the outdoor space was very inviting and a lovely area to sit & bask in the sun or enjoy the shade. Whilst we were away, we did have a few issues with the pool heat working which had broken due to the rainy weather we had in the first few days. Andiara was very responsive & helpful at getting this fixed as soon as possible. She was kind enough to offer us a partial refund due to it taking half of our holiday to rectify & also a late check out. This was much appreciated; we would highly recommend Andiara as a great host!

Beautiful immaculate house, better than the pictures ! Fully stocked with anything you want to make a meal. Spacious and the with one of the master bedrooms being on the main floor made it easy for older people . The game room provided fun for all ages. Decent size pool with great seating and large grill . Free water Park was the icing on the cake. Andiara was a great host with excellent communication, she kindly allowed a delayed check out . One of the best at houses I’ve ever rented .

Andiara’s house was clean, modern, and spacious. We loved the backyard pool and patio. My kids had the best time at the water park, basketball court, and soccer field. The restaurant at the pool and the clubhouse are really good too. All of the amenities are a 2 minute walk from the house. The house is also only 15 a minute drive from Disney World which is so convenient. We will definitely be back soon!
