The house was great with plenty of bedrooms and the pool/hot tub area was really nice. My boys enjoyed the arcade machine as well as the waterpark that is part of the community.

Mendel is a fantastic and kind host!! We have stayed in various AirB&B and VRBO properties annually for over a decade. We had a good time however, we have preferred other homes to this one. Within 6 hours my Father's vehicle was towed away for being incorrectly parked. Our bad - traveling had us tired and the manual had not been reviewed yet. The book does show where to park if more than 2 vehicles, however, the policy mentioned in the book in regards to towing wasn't followed by the resort (no attempt made to contact us nor a 2nd warning as listed as their procedure). Expensive lesson. We also selected the resort based on it being on a golf course, however, guests cannot golf there. No master bedrooms have a tub. The pool heat was nice once it was turned on after us calling in. Lastly, the home could use some updating. Some cabinets barely attached, movie chairs with ripped cushions, and tvs placed on walls that make it difficult to watch in bed. Lots of rooms though!

The home had more space than we needed but was great to have the extra space with the littles. We wanted to be able to enjoy the sun and the water park and peaceful neighborhood were great. Even the food at the poolside bar at the resort was really good.

House was great. Kids had a blast. Pool was super warm and jacuzzi/spa was really hot. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Mendel was super responsive and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay awesome.
