This place is a real gem and totally accommodating for a large group. The nights are peaceful on the rooftop and the facility is equipped with everything you need for the ocean. Little coolers, umbrellas, chairs and towels are such a wonderful touch. We did experience power failure, however this is pretty common for the island and something you should just expect when visiting the island. The experience is so amazing however, it makes it all worth it. The hosts did work tirelessly to restore the power but sometimes it’s just a power company thing and you might be at their mercy. I would definitely recommend this host and facility and I would choose them again.

Can’t say enough good things about the property. So clean, well maintained and enough space for our large group! Exceeded expectations from the photos, which rarely happens! Communication was excellent, loved everything about “Hous”! Felt completely safe in this neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Staying at Hous with Adrienne and Chad as hosts couldn’t have been a better experience. We booked the whole villa for our wine club group of 10 ladies, and everyone loved it and felt like they had a fantastic space. The common areas were stylish, the rooms as well, and the pool and outdoor space was lovely (had outside shower and a bathroom). Lots of privacy as every room in main house, each apartment and studio had its own bathroom. The entire place was immaculately clean. The communication from prior to booking, arrival, during and through checkout was immediate and helpful. You can walk to a semi-private beach, lots of really wonderful restaurants including an authentic Spanish bakery. There is also a Walgreen’s for all your needs (including wine!). The neighborhood was nice, it’s gated so entrance can be a little tricky for some Uber drivers, but usually that only resulted in a couple extra minutes. Easy access to other beaches and Old San Juan via Uber. Close to airport too

Beautiful home, especially the pool area. Our large group had plenty of space to be together and also private, and the children enjoyed running around and swimming.

Our group of 8 adults and 4 kids had an amazing stay at HOUS! Everything was as-advertised, clean, and very comfortable. The layout gave everyone space and privacy with plenty of common gathering spaces. The pool was a total hit, as were the roof deck, and the beach around the corner. The HOUS guidebook offered great suggestions for fun activities and delicious restaurants, exploring their recs made our trip that much more fun and interesting. Hope to return!!
