I booked this house on 2/20/2024 for my trip 2/23-25/2024. I received a confirmation email and even correspondence in regard to my check in. When I arrived at the house with my guests there were already people staying there. I had the code to get into the house, so this could have been a very dangerous situation. Upon entering the house there was a young man sleeping on the couch. I immediately called the host whose phone number I found in the binder on the counter. She was incredibly rude. Stating "what do you want me to do about this at 1:30 in the morning?" Leaving me and my seven other guests to find hotel accommodations around 2 am. She was unwilling to help and didn't seem very concerned that 8 people were left without a place to stay because her house was double booked.
