LIVING AREAS In this exquisite architecturally designed home with common areas which include a gourmet island kitchen, cozy TV lounge with oversized sectional sofa, a separate formal sitting area and large open dining room perfect for group meals. Simply relax and enjoy the stunning view from any of these areas on any 3-floors. The Primary bedroom located on the 3rd floor with private balcony and has an open concept to the second floor living area. The kids will love the huge game room with arcade, Air hockey table, state of the art Theatre room featuring a giant 83” 4K HDR Smart TV and Two queen sized Murphy beds. KITCHEN The lake-view chef’s kitchen has a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, coffee , plenty of cookware and MASSIVE island, perfect for entertaining. When meals are ready, your group can also enjoy the vast dining area with seating at a 10-person table. Please note that balcony outside of the kitchen area has a gate that is locked. Do not attempt to tamper or remove the as its locked for your safety. Tampering or altering the lock is a violation to our house rules and will result to guest being removed without refund. BED & BATH This home can sleep up to 14 guests in beds plus 6 on a queen air mattress, for a total of 20. The expansive primary suite located on the 3rd floor has a king bed, balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and double walk-in shower. The second, third and fourth bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and each offer a Queen bed and shared full bath with shower. The game room, which is great for kids, has 2 queen Murphy beds suitable for sleeping up to 4 guests. From here people can easily access one of the 2 full baths located down the hall. A half bath located on the second level adds convenience for any size group. HOME OFFICE The dedicated home office has incredible views and is equipped with an executive desk. It is perfect for digital nomads or those who need a separate workspace while enjoying time with your family or friends. OUTDOOR AREAS The amazing lake front outdoor space has it all, Dock access situated in the corner of the cove where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Including a large pool for you summer days. In the evening, watch the extraordinary sunsets or look at the stars from your private deck.
