This place has amazing views and amazing internal space - we had 6 adults and a dog staying and it was so nice for everyone to have a grown up bedroom - no bunk beds! House is remote which is what we wanted - but guests should be aware that it really is a 15 minute journey to the nearest shop or bar (the one that they said was 5 mins away didn't seem to be open at all while we were there) - so don't run out of milk (or even worse - wine, whisky or gin!) The communal spaces are great - space for people to be all together - or have separate seating quite spaces if they wanted. The views are to die for - and luckily we had the most amazing weather. There is a beach at the bottom of the hill from the house which was great for walking the dog when we didn't want to go far. The house has obviously been done up recently and everything which has been done is lovely.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Irish country house, and it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the breathtaking view from the sitting room of the water providing a serene backdrop for my entire stay. The communication from the host was exceptional, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the duration of our stay. Additionally, the location, nestled 10 minutes to town, allowed for easy exploration of the surrounding area while still offering a peaceful retreat. Overall, I highly recommend this delightful country house for anyone seeking a memorable getaway in Ireland.
