This place is absolutely beautiful, situated right in the middle of a bunch of very accessible walks - and every one has a fantastic pub at the end! Sam was super friendly and helpful, and made the stay a joy.

Sam was just the best host, met us when we arrived, gave us recommendations before we came and seemed to be on hand despite the fact we booked late. The place is absolutely gorgeous, quiet, peaceful and top of the range facilities - the jacuzzi bath and ninja air fryer made for a relaxing and easy stay! the bed is like a cloud to sleep on, so comfy. We went on one of the suggested walks, and ate at the Rifleman pub, a short walk away. Thoroughly recommend.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s in the English countryside of Kent county. It truly was a beautiful space with modern touches throughout. The views into the fields with the warm sun shining through those stained glass windows was the perfect way to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. My partner and I were in love with the space immediately and it just kept getting better. The jacuzzi bath is exceptional and we enjoyed watching some films on the projector. Sam went above and beyond to take care of every need. Offering to take us to the beautiful local spa and to the train station for our trip back to central London. Sam is an exceptionally kind and generous host. I will be returning very soon.

Although the hosts were nextdoor, it felt totally private. They made sure we knew where they were if we needed them. Very enjoyable stay for a quiet, relaxation break.
