Perfect for a gataway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative or cozy home base while exploring everything Makati has to offer. It can accommodate up to 4 pax as they can sleep in the bedroom or in the sofa bed. There is a space to cook in the kitchen since we have an induction stove, rice cooker, electric kettle and microwave. We also have some basic kitchen wares like pots and kitchen utensils. Entertainment is one of our priority that is why we have a 32 inch TV with Netflix, Youtube and etc. We also have some books and board games when your eyes got tired binge watching.

The apartment was as described, comfortable, functional and within the well appointed Jazz Residences complex. Large supermarket on the ground floor with plenty of places to eat too. The location is ideally placed for the airport although I would always recommend leaving an hour to get there, such is the traffic in Metro Manila. Altogether a recommended apartment to rent, Kimko's communication was excellent and very welcoming.
Minimalist but good
It was a great place to stay in. Will definitely book it again next time we are back in the Philippines.
Great place to stay, very accessible to all the necessities, right in the heart of Makati! Very clean unit and exceeded our expectations. We were 4 people - but I think the unit would only be best for 2 or 3 guests max for the size. Will definitely consider booking again if I needed a place in Makati. Thank you to our hosts! :)
This place is well located above a mall. You can easily walk around in the neighborhood. There are many other restaurants in the area that you can reach with a 15min walk. Note that this place has one queen bed and one sofa bed.
