Beautiful home and the hosts were awesome! They were super responsive and gave great instructions on how to find and enter the property. Not far from the beach and town areas, good central location.

This place was better in person than the pictures. Carman was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. She also provided us with a ton of information before checking in. This place was secluded but wasn’t far from the beach or downtown. Getting a taxi to and from the airbnb wasn’t hard at all and most arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. Carman also arranged our transportation from the airport to the airbnb which was extremely helpful.

10/10 would recommend to anyone and would easily come back. The condo was gorgeous and felt very private and secure. It’s very close to the strip and downtown Tulum only about 10 minutes in either direction. 95% of the time we had the pool area to ourselves. I was surprised more people didn’t want to take advantage of it. Every day there was someone on site to maintain the cleanliness of the pool area. The hosts were super communicative and helpful with any of our needs. The WiFi went out one evening but our hosts were on top of getting it back up and running.

We really enjoyed our stay, Roberto and Carmen were really helpful and the accommodation is beautiful. Shame about the surrounding construction site but huge potential for the future
