Justine una persona agresiva que no respeta la privacidad de sus clientes, no recomiendo a nadie que se quede en esa casa con esa anfitrión. Agredió a mi hermana físicamente.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful! The pool and outside was maintained well, and we appreciated the cleaners coming every day to take trash and maintain the place. Each room has a bathroom, and it was so convenient. We also LOVED the rooftop hangout. Definitely recommend this for a stay in Tulum. We were only a few minutes from a cenote, and only 15 from Tulum beach where all the bars and restaurants are. The host is super helpful and the house matches pictures exactly. Made our stay perfect.

This house is beautiful and the staff was nice. We rented long ago and missed the part about construction next door. It’s not just construction next door but a condo complex attached to the back side of the bedrooms which was really horrible coming from west coast time. I’m sure it will be a great stay when the complex next door is done but we felt the holiday premium charged was not even close to being in line with our experience. Barking dogs in the neighborhood are part of a México experience but these large dogs are right next door and just might had bothered us more because of the early wake up everyday. Again, beautiful place and it will be a great stay eventually but just not for us this time.

The house is situated at the end of the block which is nice, on a street with construction (stated in the description). Construction is from 7:45am until 7pm. The 'mirrored' house can be great if it is being used by respectable people. There is space to park your ATVs (best way to get around) or a car. Kitchen is stocked. Beds are SUPER firm and pillows are nice. Water pressure is good. Fridge has a water filter and ice. AC works great but close bedroom doors to maintain coolness. Use privacy blinds at night upstairs. Internet is ok but furthest bedrooms have none. Good resturants to walk to. Maintenance comes daily and cleans up nicely. Pool is great. Upper deck is great. Biggest problem was a break down in communication about the fee's for price per person that resulted in Airbnb getting involved and it was resolved. Concierge fee anytime you book through them (PAY*PAL and CASH). We had a chef cook and it was great. Extra cleaning service and laundry, price was reasonable.

Pros walkable distance from nearby restaurants, Safe area, beautiful home, great communication with host. Cons no extra blankets, 1 set of towels for 5 days, only allowed to use service offered from host ( for example a baker for a cake but the cake was distasteful and over priced ) and no washer/dryer. They charge for everything. Perfect stay for a short period of time.
