We have been staying in Airbnb for a number of years now, Billi and Kevin’s House was by far the best we have ever stayed in. The house was well equipped with more than anything we could ask for. The backyard was an absolute resort. Comfortable beds. State of the artappliances, and the kitchen had every utensil,spice, pot or pan that you could ever dream of using. We highly recommend Billi and Kevin’s house to anyone who is visiting the area!

Loved this home! Great kitchen with everything we needed. Option to heat the pool in the winter months which we did and it was very refreshing. Pool floats and chairs available. Outdoor cooking area was perfect! Comfortable furniture and good WIFI and streaming on TV's. Nice quite neighborhood. Able to walk to the cafe for coffee in the mornings ( easy 1/2 mile walk) very pleasant. Nice hiking trails are right across the street and we took advantage of hiking ( 2-3 miles each day), you can choose your difficulty! Easy quick access to a nice Safeway, and nice flat walking trail around the lake. A wonderful stay we hope to repeat soon!! Excellent hosts who called the day before to make sure we had no questions! Very nice and informative!

By far our favorite Airbnb to date ! Everything was perfect and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Kevin and Billi Jean’s place was one of the best AirBnB experiences my wife and I have had!! The photos don’t do their place justice as everything is just amazing. It’s one of those stays where you can really feel the love and effort they have put into the house and it makes you want to treat it with care. We enjoyed their house so much that we cancelled some of our plans just to spend more time there. We definitely utilized the great outdoor/pool space to beat the heat. Anytime I had a question regarding the house or needed help they were very responsive. Kevin had called me shortly after we checked in just to make sure everything was good and went over some details of the house. They were also more than generous when we had asked for a later check out time since we were taking a red eye back. We will definitely book with them again when we visit the Phoenix area. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!

Great Stay! Will recommend to anyone in the area. The hosts were very accommodating and the house was even better than advertised. The best experience I have had with the hosts, planning on coming back!
