Would stay there again if I ever came back to the phoenix area. Close to the major highways and easy to get to almost anywhere.

She was wonderful to work with. Still making some repairs from a previous guest. Very spacious. Kitchen was amazing.

I first have to commend Heidi as a host- she was responsive and helped us in a last minute situation. She told us that prior guests had broken some things so we expected that. What we didn’t expect was the lack of amenities- no waste baskets in bath or bed, no facecloths, hand towels, dish cloths or bath mats and insufficient cutlery and dishes ( 2 plates!). The yard is a lovely private space but overgrown with weeds and the pool has clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. The price was very high related to surrounding area but we agreed as we were thankful for availability. The house would be worth the price with some TLC and basic amenities.

This house is not a safe place for children nor babies, as listed. Promised essentials as per listing were missing completely (no towels, no sheets for the babies mattress etc.). The changing table was covered with dirty spots. Kitchen appliances were dirty, with food still in them. The home had broken furniture where exposed wood chips as well as sharp metal edges will cause danger to kids as well as adults, missing drawers, broken light switch, a TV loosely leaned against the wall on top of a cabinet, ready to slide off anytime! A major red flag and safety concern. The private pool basically has turned black which made it terribly unsanitary, smelly and therefore impossible to use. Finally bookshelves in the kids bed/playroom were improper installed and falling off the wall by the slightest touch. After raising the issues to the host, we were told that all handymen were booked out until next week, meaning 6 more days. I highly advise against booking with Heidi! We didn’t get refunded

Heidi was a great host. She had unfortunate residents before our stay but she did everything to make stay comfortable. 5 stars
