The home itself is equipped with a private pool, jacuzzi, tiki-style outdoor bar, and many more amenities to make you feel right at home. Come on in! The spacious 3,470 sq ft floorplan has much to offer. Challenge your friends and family to a game of billiards, enjoy a late-night movie on the many flat-screen TVs equipped with smart features, or have a relaxing evening on the large reclining sectional in the living room. We also encourage you to take part in the many amenities found within both the living room and kitchen area. The breakfast nook, adjacent to the kitchen, attracts natural lighting to brighten the space while inviting you to an oasis waiting out back. Enjoy barbecuing or gather around the small fire pit during the cooler Arizona winter nights. If friendly competition strikes, enjoy a game of water basketball or cornhole! This place is great for entertaining or just having a relaxing time with loved ones. After a long day, retreat to either the Master Suite or any of the 5 additional bedrooms each equipped with beds and ample closets. On the first floor, the Master Suite includes a King size bed and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with a Queen size bed and it's private access to the backyard. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms that share a fully renovated bathroom. The largest bedroom has double queen beds and a mini fridge. In addition, you'll find bedrooms equipped with Queen and Twin size beds, 2 bedrooms with super comfortable Queen beds, and a bedroom with two Twin-size beds.
