Had a bad experience with this reservation and getting someone to go open the house for us. The electronic key pad had no power . We contacted az getaway rentals and they just kept telling me to try different methods of getting in. We got there at 11 pm and kept trying until 2am. We had kids with us and my wife called one of the cohosts to send somebody and they said sure. No one ever showed up. They did not care that we couldnt get it. We just kept getting apologies. They contacted me in the afternoon trying to offer a discount on the last 2 nights, but we had already booked a hotel since my family was just left outside. Before our trip i had even messaged the host if there would be an issue if we got to the house late the night we arrived, and they said no. I ended up paying double to stay at a hotel than what the airbnb had charged! This was a very horrible and frustrating experience! Do better Az rentals getaway .

Had a wonderful stay, place was very comfortable and felt like home. Will definitely come back when in the Phoenix area.

This was a really fun and comfortable house! We had two families staying there and we had plenty of room for the kids to play. We loved the ping pong table, the massage chair and having two big rooms to watch TV/movies in. The kitchen was really nice. There is no dishwasher, there is a beverage refrigerator in its place. We took turns washing dishes so it was fine. There is a nice park right next to the house. We played flag football on Thanksgiving day and had a blast. The neighborhood felt very safe. The mattresses were all very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

I've stayed at a lot of vacation homes and it is pretty standard to get check-in instructions 24 hours in advance. I contacted the host ahead of time and they said I could provide a second phone number to receive instructions since I would be traveling and unable to disseminate them to the group. Instructions were never sent. Once the group had the instructions, they had issues getting in the home. The security screen at front door was locked so we did not have access to the keypad to open the front door. A member of our group was able to contact the host to get in a side door. Once inside, we searched through all the cabinets in the house to find towels. They are typically hanging on the towel racks in the bathrooms or folded on the beds for however many people are on the reservation. The towel rack in the bathroom that I used was broken and unusable. Besides the communication inconvenience, the house was great.

Great place, plenty of room and awesome hosts! I would definitely stay here again!
