Home features full size kitchen, beautiful dining space, 2 living rms, 3 bdrms, 2 bths. Master bedroom includes king size bed, & office space, w/ exquisite master bthrm attached. The backyard welcomes you w/an outdoor kitchen, sit around the warm fire table enjoying the spectacular view of the sparkling pool.

Charles's place in Avondale was perfect for our stay! We came in for the Final Four and the house was a perfect distance away from all the noise and traffic but close enough to Glendale to get there quickly and easily. The house was very, very cool with great amenities, furniure, beds, linens, etc. Charles and Tricia were very responsive and had their house in great condition for our stay. Could not recommend enough and would stay again and again when back visiting Glendale or Phoenix.
