Maravilla Bacalar was an amazing location to stay with incredible views. The common garden and living areas are well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen, large dining tables, a high top area and a garden with amazing views which you can enjoy from comfortable chairs, swing seats, sun loungers and hammocks. There are lots of different spaces and very few bedrooms so you're not sharing the spaces with lots of people so you have plenty of space to explore and move around. The views are especially good - you're right on the water, with a private pontoon and launch for kayaks and paddle boards (provided by the hotel). The town is great and easily walkable (10 mins) from the hotel, or you can take the bikes for a short ride in there too. The hosts were great and very proactive. We would certainly go back there again!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Besonders toll fanden wir auch die saubere und moderne Einrichtung des Zimmers, der liebevoll gestaltete Hof und die Nähe zur Lagune. Wir schätzen auch die luxuriösen Annehmlichkeiten wie die Wasserspender, die flauschigen Handtücher, die weiche Bettwäsche und die Fahrräder. Es ist hier auch sehr ruhig. Man hat zudem in den Gemeinschaftsräumen viele Nutzungsmöglichkeiten und im Hof gibt es viele Entspannungs-Plätze.

Nos encantó hospedarnos en Maravilla Bacalar, las anfitrionas son muy amables y el entorno es hermoso. Definitivamente repetiríamos, te facilitan bicicletas que te permiten recorrer la ciudad de forma relajada y siempre hay café por las mañanas. Tuvimos que ir al hospital de la zona y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. 100 % recomendado :)

Devi fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre se mostró amigable y atenta con nosotros. El lugar es simplemente maravilloso como su nombre lo dice, no necesitas salir a ningún otro lado, lo tienes todo!,kayak, columpios en el agua, hamacas, camastro colgante y hasta una casa del árbol😃. De noche la vista y la iluminación son fantásticas, sin duda vale la pena. Gracias Devi
