Charming bungalow offering a retreat from the hustle of everyday life with unique charm. This vintage home was lovingly remodeled, keeping some quirkiness and history of the original home, while adding modern day comforts and aesthetic appeal. Just 45min from historical St. Augustine and Jax beaches, you can explore all the area has to offer although you may find it hard to leave our cozy little haven! Ask about RV spot (+$). Bring your boat (local ramps nearby). La Hacienda is our guest house, and sits at the front of our property. We live in the home in the back. There are over 30 citrus trees on the property, chickens, ducks and our two setters, Lucy and Forrest (they have an invisible fence and will not cross to the guest house). Upon entering the home there is a lounge area with a daybed. Three stairs lead up to the main living area, with a sectional and accent chairs. Off the main living is the piano / dining room. You can slide the piano bench over to the table for additional seating. The "U" shaped kitchen is bright and open, with lots of counter space. The enclosed back porch was converted to a bedroom. It has a queen bed, sofa, and a hidden twin bed in the ottoman. To the right of the dining area, there is a dressing room / office space and a full bathroom. The closet in this room is locked for the owners and cleaning crew. To the left of the dining area is a laundry closet, another full bath and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has two walk-in closets, and a dresser. Also off of the dining area is a walk-in pantry. There is some quirkiness with lighting in the home, due to it's age and the renovations we did to make it a comfortable living space.
