A character cottage, tucked away, in the heart of gastronomic Bray - renowned for its Michelin-starred restaurants: The Waterside, The Fat Duck, the Hind's Head and Caldesi, all within easy walking distance of the cottage. Lych Cottage is a two-bed semi-detached property, recently completely refurbished. It provides a stylish place to stay for those wishing to enjoy the comforts of home whilst availing themselves of the local amenities. First night's stay includes a continental breakfast. The ground floor is open-planned with kitchen, dining and living spaces. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms both with en suite showers rooms. It's a cosy cottage with two double beds, but plenty big enough for up to four guests to enjoy. The garden is private and quiet, with space for outdoor eating on the patio when the weather is favourable. The cottage has parking for two cars but the access is narrow so care is needed; we recommend that you reverse onto the drive and take care when pulling out. For those wanting more space, there is free parking in the village, just a few minutes' walk away.

Wonderful newly renovated cottage in the tiny village of Bray, and a stones throw from The Fat Duck. Anita has thought of everything for a perfect stay and I have to mention the most comfortable beds in any accommodation I’ve stayed in. Will definitely come back if we visit from Australia again. Would highly recommend staying here.

A hidden gem.What a brilliant find! Anita provided the most generous hospitality in her beautifully appointed cottage. Wonderful location a stones throw to all the wonderful Michelin eateries in Bray. Close to Windsor attractions and we love to stay here when travelling in or out of the UK as close to Heathrow. Highly recommend a Hidden gem and will return in a heartbeat.
lovely relaxing stay at Anita's hidden gem in Bray. Anita provided the welcoming touches such as a well stocked fridge and tea, coffee etc. Very clean and well maintained.

Bray is a small, pretty riverside village renowned for its fine dining restaurants, but it is also close to other picturesque towns such as Henley-on-Thames, Marlow and Windsor where there is lots to see and do. A perfect location for a leisurely few days and a culinary treat if you make a reservation at one of its famous restaurants.
Maidenhead train station is just five minutes drive away and it is five minutes from Junction 8/9 of the M4, so it is very accessible.
The cottage has space to park two cars on the driveway but it is narrow. If this puts you off, then you can park in the village just a few minutes' walk away.

I am now keen to welcome people to my cottage in Bray where I have created a home from home experience, especially for those who are visiting Bray for a culinary experience. All of the renowned Michelin-starred restaurants are within easy walking distance of the cottage.
