The warmest welcome from our hosts Steve and Estelle was the prelude to a uniquely satisfying experience that was our stay at "Diddly Squat". One couldn't find a more beautiful location for a " shack ", which is itself a work of art. We can't wait to return....
What a magical place! The rock pool, the the views, and the cave itself made for a most spectacular weekend away. We also loved getting to see Steve’s art and hear some of his tales. Thanks again!

We live in the Drakensberg mountains of South Africa. My husband is an artist and I manage and maintain our three self-catering units. We love to be outdoors appreciating the beautiful spot we live in. Both retired, so not too much physical activity any more !
