Lovely stay at Sheepwash Barn!

We visited Sheepwash Barn to celebrate my Mum’s 70th Birthday. The barn was perfect for the celebration. The space is slightly tight for 4 to 6 people if not the hight of summer and able to use the beautiful external space to its full, specially as the sitting room and kitchen / dining room are on separate floors. But this was fine for us as we tended to sit round the table for games and drinks after dinner. The house is a little far to walk to West Wittering beach and not all of the route has a footpath on a very busy road, so we drove but parking is very expenses. We had lunches out at Crown and Anchor - Dell Quay, Crab and Lobster - Sidlesham Quay and the Breach Cafe - West Wittering and highly recommend them all. The spiral staircase to the first floor isn’t suitable for all but was fine for us. Overall we had a lovely trip and the house suited us.

The barn is set in stunning countryside. It’s right on the cycle path that takes you to neighbouring villages and to Chichester. Stunning walks and the beach is gorgeous. We had a very relaxing few days. Loved it.

Lovely home in beautiful surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful with great views of the countryside from the window. Nice big private garden, and walkable to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay, such a beautiful property and amazing gardens. We came down for goodwood revival weekend and after a very busy day there it was lovely to relax and then walk to the west wittering beach. We especially loved the outdoor shower, from which the views are stunning. We all felt it was a very special place and would love to come and stay again. Jess, Jacob and Goldie
