Very nice renovated villa, super clean, 15min walk to the beach

Casa looks exactly as listed. Spacious house with nice patio. The house offers tons of amenities from Xbox to brand new kitchen full of appliances. Commutation with Margarita and Peter was super easy, they are very responsive, checking if everything is okay. The house is located at the end of the village in nice private and quiet street. It’s 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. I recommend this place for people who are looking to relax or for a families. We were two families with kids 1 and 2, we booked this place specifically for the pool unfortunately it wasn’t possible to use it, we tried, the water was super cold. Pool isn’t heated not covered, the weather was not above 24 degrees (nights around 16 dgr.) so there wasn’t any way how to heat it up. Perfect pool during summer not that much for “colder” periods. For cleaning the floor there is just a broom, not efficient, I recommend to buy vacuum machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay :). Thanks for everything.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful villa in a great location. Very well equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied. An amazing kitchen with everything you could possibly need. They even had a bread maker! There's a spar really close by that has a great selection of food and drink. the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. there's plenty of bars and restaurants near the beach but if you walk a little further there's loads more. we found a lovely little tapas place and an amazing Indian restaurant. everyone is really friendly. Margarita and Peter are amazing hosts. Very responsive when you message them and Peter popped round a couple of times to clean the pool (always with prior notice) and was so lovely. had a really nice chat with him about the island. would not hesitate to stay here again. we'll definitely be back 😊 thank you, Margarita and Peter for a wonderful holiday. we didn't want to come home

En el alojamiento de Margarita y Peter nos hemos sentido como en casa. Es una casa amplia y espaciosa, muy iluminada y no nos ha faltado nada: las camas eran muy cómodas, la cocina estaba muy bien equipada, todo era nuevo y moderno (cosa que es de agradecer), también proporcionaron jabón y acondicionador para la ducha (muy acertado por si se viaja sin facturar), y un largo etcétera que ha facilitado mucho nuestra estancia. El único “pero” que podríamos decir es que el aire acondicionado estaba programado para que funcionase únicamente de 23:00 a 7:00. Entendemos que muchos clientes pueden hacer uso desmedido y abusar del aire, causando un gasto innecesario. Pero se debería especificar esto, ya que muchos días se hubiera agradecido poder descansar por la tarde con el aire encendido. Sí que es verdad que había muchos ventiladores para compensarlo. Aun así, repetiríamos 100% nuestra estancia en esta casa, ya que el aire es algo secundario con todas las facilidades de la casa. Es ideal
