Fue muy servicial y amable con nosotros, se quedó con nuestro equipaje, el cual luego subió hasta la habitación ya que llegamos antes de la hora de check-in, y así pudiéramos comenzar a visitar la ciudad. Antes de salir nos dio un mapa y nos explico las zonas mas interesantes para visitar y también el transporte público cercano el cual está en la misma puerta del alojamiento. En cuanto a la habitación muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia perfecta. Volveré sin dudarlo!!!

We arrived later than check in time and Matthew stayed up to let us in. He also upgraded us to a premium room The place is lovely, very comfortable and clean. I liked that there were hard wood floors in the bedroom I want to stay again!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war gut zu erreichen, Bus und Straßenbahn zum Flughafen waren in fußläufig Entfernung. Das Viertel ist ruhig. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir sofort mit Tee oder Kaffee begrüßt und wurden sogar ins Zimmer geführt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich, ebenso wie das Badezimmer, welches weit über dem allgemeinen britischen Durchschnitt lag
