We hired this and another of the host’s properties next door for two families and found the cottages cosy and styled really well, bedding and towels lovely quality, good local pub, deli cafe and handy M & S food up the road!

The cottage was luxuriously decorated with comfortable beds and a lovely bath. The kitchen was well laid out and set up. Melanie was super responsive when we contacted her. Beckington is great we had lunch at Mes Amis which was wonderful and walked to White Row farm shop which had amazing produce. Lovely place to stay.

We had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend staying here. The house was clean, cosy and well decorated. It was in nice area for nearby walks and food spots- definitely recommend

Pros: Melanie was so kind and helpful before and during our stay. The welcome pack had some delicious items in, and Nespresso pods and firewood were warmly welcomed. We had a fantastic time exploring Frome and the surrounding area - it’s really well located. Everything was as expected with lovely AGA, firebox and furnishings. The specifications of all the rooms is incredibly high. The beds are really comfortable and the bedding felt super luxe. To consider: bedroom 3 is very bijou, the bed takes up most of the floor space. So whoever is in there needs to be prepared to shimmy around and have no bedside table etc. Also worth considering the living room doesn’t have enough seating for 6 adults, and the dining table uses benches, so there’s not even a chair to bring into the living room.
