Jackie's place is perfect for our family; great location close to Longleat and we have relatives nearby too. Close to the main road, but far back enough down the track so it's very quiet and private. Lots of parking space. Jackie's communication is second to none and she is a very accommodating host. I'm sure we will be back again.

We stayed at Jackie’s place for a local wedding and it certainly lived up to all expectations! The cottage was beautiful, very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could need and a lovely peaceful garden, which is a definite sun trap. The welcome goodies were also really appreciated. Thank you for a great stay!

The cottage was good value and I would highly recommend it as a jump point to Longleat, Bath, Frome and other local attractions. We're a family of five including three (near) teenagers and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was spotlessly clean, well appointed and beautifully presented. The beds were very comfy and the lounge was a great place to relax after a day out. We chose to self-cater and the kitchen was well-equipped - although I always bring along a pan or other essentials for the meal(s) I've planned just in case but I didn't really need them. The welcome goodies were very well received too! We had a little trouble finding the place but Jackie was immediately available and once we'd arrived it was very easy to access and make a cuppa. The accommodation was a great size for 5 people. Jackie was very welcoming and had left us some Easter treats. We did have a few minor issues with regards to the heating at the property, but as soon as I contacted Jackie these were resolved efficiently. Would definitely stay there again and recommend the property and area to others. The only negative comment I would say is the shower room. Unfortunately this was in another part of the house, away from the bedroom areas. Otherwise, a great stay.
