R was a great host and the home was beautiful; exactly as listed. The home had all the necessities to ensure the the stay was comfortable. Home was easy to find and so spacious. This home would be great for a quick trip or extended stay. Would definitely stay again my next trip to Arkansas.

Nice home with excellent appliances & a helpful host. We loved the hot tub, the induction stove & the backyard fire pit. There was easy freeway access to good food, beautiful rivers, trails & lakes, and friendly people & neighbors all around. The only drawback was the lack of a sidewalk, which made walking in the neighborhood difficult. If we're ever in the area again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay! We were there for an extended work trip and the home was stocked with everything we needed. The home was spacious and comfy. We loved the hot tub! R was super responsive and quick to help with anything we needed during our stay.
