Beautiful house out on the water with gorgeous view (beautiful sunroom and screened in deck, but also has small outdoor porch). Lovely kitchen with great appliances! Wonderful washer and dryer! All with plenty of room for a family and/or friends! Great for my pup as well- she loved laying out in the back watching the birds and happenings out on the water. Great place for vacation (or in my case displaced from home for construction) to make you feel right at home!

The house was beautiful. The location on the lake was lovely. There was a smell when we ran the water. And we couldn't log in to the wifi. But otherwise, it was a very nice place. And my family and I had a wonderful time there

Really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of space so that we weren’t in each others way at all. The lake view is beautiful & the sun room overlooking the lake was one of our favorites. Beds were comfy & kitchen was well stocked for what we needed.

We stayed at Eric‘s place for a month while our house was being renovated. We enjoyed the spacious home, the quiet surroundings and the beautiful sunsets over the river. Eric was very responsive to our questions.

Overall good stay and Eric was a very responsive host! We ran into an issue where if anyone tried to flush the toilet in the bathroom with the shower at any time around when the shower had been used, it would not flush. We let Eric know of this issue and he came out the next morning to try and unclog it, but it continued to occur so we were left with one toilet for a good majority of our day if any of us showered. We really appreciated Eric’s effort though! Additionally, the smell of sulfur in the water was extremely overwhelming to the point where you could smell it when someone was showering from the living room. We knew it was a marshy area and understand this but it was unpleasant during showers! All of the beds were very comfortable and the house was clean!
