Sitting just above the beach of Firi Ammos, this beachfront guesthouse is a gem with an open view to the sea and the southern tip of the Peloponnese. The home is the last building of the Agia Pelagia settlement (going South) and as it's not neighboring any other houses, can make for an intimate and private experience close to a vibrant village. Ideal for couples, families with two children, or anyone interested in a retreat. The entire house faces the sea, and large glass sliding doors 3.5 meters long open up the indoor space to the outdoors. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen are within an open floor plan and the living room can be separated from the bedroom with a floor to ceiling sliding divider to create privacy and two separate sleeping areas. The living room has a sofa which transforms into a double or two single beds. Enjoy your meals in the semi-open-air courtyard just outside the kitchen, with a dining area that seats four easily and overlooks the sea and village of Agia Pelagia.

A beautiful location, the apartment is only steps from a secluded beach that we walked daily. Quiet and private, it was wonderful hearing the waves from the apartment. Highly recommended.
We spent a week at Panayotis’ marvelous place. Location and view are fantastic, and Panayotis is a great host who helped us with local recommendations. The beach is very nice and we can fully recommend!

Lovely place to stay with stunning views and a mesmerising location. You can hear the sound of waves and enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. The apartment has all the amenities you might need and it's a short walk from a beautiful red sanded beach. Panayotis[the host] went above and beyond to answer any questions we might have and help us find spots to eat and visit. Defo recommend, don't hesitate to book.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et goûté pleinement à la beauté de l’île de Cythère grâce à la très jolie maison de panayotis. La terrasse donne sur une magnifique plage déserte de sable rouge. Nous avons aussi profité de la nuit étoilée grecque Notre hôte était prévenant, attentionné et nous a accueilli avec une grande chaleur et une grande simplicité. Si vous êtes curieux, vous découvrirez qu’il n’est rien de moins que l’un des plus grands compositeurs grecs contemporains, attaché à exprimer l’âme de son île. Merci pour tout.

The house is just outside the seaside village of Agia Pelagia, originally a fishing hamlet, and directly above the beach of Firi Ammos. The nearby beaches with their crystal clear waters, and the village (with a mini-market, very good restaurants, cafes, etc.), are accessible on foot (10 - 20 minutes).
Within walking distance (10 - 20 minutes) you can reach the village of Agia Pelagia and the neighboring beaches and there is also free parking. If you'd like to explore the rest of the island, you will need a car and there is also the option of moving around by taxi. Please note, there is no bus transportation on the island.
