Private apartment in a 4-unit apartment building, on the edge of downtown Tulsa, with a peaceful aesthetic. Walking distance to The Gathering Place, local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. 3 min drive to the Gathering Place/Riverside trails 4 min drive to Cherry St. 5 min a drive to Brookside NOTE: We request that anyone who wants to host extra people (non-booking guests) at the pool, pay $20 per additional pool guest STR License #: STR23-00111 This private studio is 1 out of 4 apartment units in a quad-plex. The only shared spaces are the entry way and the back yard (including the pool and fire pit). Your fully furnished studio will include: Comfortable king-sized bed, down feather couch, air mattress, full kitchen amenities, WIFI, basic toiletries, in-unit washer and dryer, furnished patio, fire pit, and pool.

The host was super responsive, place was clean, very cute. Pool does get debris from the neighbors tree but there is a net to scoop them out. TV was a little difficult to figure out but we did get it figured out.
