This beautiful property is just over an hour's drive north of Sydney, nestled in the heart of the central coast Woy Woy center and train station, surrounded by the most stunning beaches and natural wonders of New South Wales. With stunning water views, private jetty and direct access to the water, this home is a true paradise for water lovers. Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking or simply soaking up the sun on the expansive deck overlooking the bay. Our beautiful space can accommodate up to 12 guests, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. We offer three queen bedrooms, as well as two private master suites (located downstairs and upstairs) for plenty of sleeping arrangements. Our additional bedroom with one queen bed and a single bed is perfect for parents traveling with kids. Our five modern bathrooms provide ultimate comfort and convenience during your stay, with two of the bathrooms featuring bathtubs for ultimate relaxation. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. The spacious lounge/dining area is perfect for large groups of friends or families to hang out and enjoy each other's company. Take advantage of the casual dining/drinking area upstairs to entertain guests or just relax with a drink after a day of exploring. You'll have plenty of space in our driveway for up to four cars.

We had an amazing stay at Miranda’s place. There is a tonne of space and was perfect for our family get together and is highly recommended.

Amazing place, beautiful at sunrise and sunset, water comes right in front of the house, shallow and safe for kids to play under supervision. bathrooms are clean and kitchen was tidy. More than enough amenties, plates and cups for our gathering. Highly recommended and we will definirely come back for longer duration.
The place has nice view and spacious for large group of people.
A huge house that allowed our family to spread out and be comfortable!
