This beautiful home is located on 1 acre of land. The home is clean & organized, decorated with plants & salt lamps, and is a spacious haven for all to enjoy. Saratoga Beach is a 5 minute drive away. The base of mount Washington is only a 12 minute drive away. The house feels luxurious and comforting. You’ll notice there is no TV, to encourage more time either bonding with friends & family or creating a peaceful environment for reading & writing. The large kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need for cooking gourmet meals. It's spacious enough to have multiple people working in the kitchen at once. The dining room table can fit 8 comfortably and is a wonderful spot for playing games, building puzzles, eating meals, and having great conversations. There is also a bar in the kitchen that seats 2. The living room has 20 foot skylights and it includes a woodstove, seating for 8, an air purifier, ceiling fan, humidifier, blankets, and reading material. There are 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Kingsdown mattress (it’s the most comfortable bed in the world) with an ensuite bathroom, which includes that glorious tub you see in the photos. The bedroom has a dresser for your clothes. There is 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, which is 2 single beds for kids or teens (can hold adults at 140lbs max). This room is loaded with kids toys, a fish tank, and games. There are 2 more bedrooms with queen sized beds. All bathrooms have health conscious products. Note* 1 bedroom (with a queen bed) and 1 bathroom is up a flight of stairs. Both the other bathrooms have a shower, tub, toilet, sink & towels. The backyard has a large deck with outdoor seating. There is also a big grassy yard for kids to play. The house has high speed internet.
