Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Outside of the city but still just a drive down the highway to reach Vancouver, downtown Portland, as well as many hiking trails, this location and space gives you the best of both sides. *This room rents to women only because of shared household spaces* You'll find everything you need in this private room with en suite bathroom and walk in closet, along with a shared office space. Other shared spaces include a full kitchen with all appliances and a living room space. You can sit out on the balcony to catch some sun (or rain!) or take a walk around the quiet neighborhood.

Brenna is so sweet and the place was very nice to live in. Super clean and quiet and in a nice neighborhood.

This was the perfect place for me to stay while I completed my required on-campus days for school. I felt like I had the entire place to myself even though Brenna was home. The room is big enough to not feel suffocated if you're more of an introvert like I am and enjoy vegging out on TV after a long school day. Walk-in closet was great, the AC was even better, and I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again if I needed to stay long term in Woodland.

This is a quiet, residential neighborhood with many families and children. We are at the end of the street, so the only people passing through are walkers and neighbors. There is plenty of space to go for a walk around outside or to walk down to the corner store and grab a bite to eat and some coffee.

出行信息

There is not a lot of public transit in this area, so a car or getting an Uber is essential. There is a corner store within walking distance, but groceries or restaurants would require a drive.
There are guest parking spots across the street and street parking. I also have a garage and driveway. The garage parking is front to back, so to utilize that option a schedule would have to be worked out.
