What can i say. If you are from the city and want to escape to peace and quiet, and love the woods, this is the place to go. You are way off the beaten path, yet very close to the casinos. The place is simple yet perfect. Melissa is a wonderful host who responds almost immediately. In the future whenever we decide we want to go to Ilani, i will be looking at Melissa's places availability first. Highly recommend. Thank you Melissa!

I was looking for a place that was off the beaten path. I definitely found it. Dan and melissa were both very friendly and helpful with anything I might have needed. Location is quiet and beautiful. Small town about 10 minutes away. With a larger town about 20 minutes away. I spent almost a month at Dan and Melissa's Chateau.I would definitely entertain staying there again.

Melissa and Dan are great hosts. The place wonderful, we spent a great Christmas at the cabin, is very cozy, we felt as if we were home. we would definitely stay here again.

The Mountain Chalet us a cozy stay with simple pleasures. The bed was comfy. Kitchen Gad everything we needed and the setting was beautiful, quiet and serene. We appreciated the proximity to great hiking near Mt St Helens. This was a great homebase for us and a good value!
