Location Location! Welcome to my lil humble beach bungalow. I have a second bdrm with its own separate bath, plus full kitchen open for you! 2 bedroom townhome is part of a charming and colorful neighborhood and situated on a corner where parking easy. My location is outstanding as the beach is nearly across the street, grocery stores a stones throw away, famous blues bar ‘Lous’ Blues’ walking distance, Cocoa beach 15 min away, and of course both Disney and the Cape very near by. Sorry no pets The space is peaceful, quiet, cozy and comfy. Your room has a large TV with full access to streaming everything like Netflix, YouTube and more. Drawers and closet are mostly empty for your things. Your bathroom has recently been redone so everything is new and fresh. I do have a senior weiner doxie **see pic, who just turned 16, thus it’s best not to have pets at this time as it would be stressful for him and he needs extra care. Thank you for understanding. The space is also very open with lots of natural light.

Great place close to beaches, Eau Gallie Yacht Club, and close to Melbourne! Best value found for this nice area when I was attending a wedding just a mile away. The bedroom was clean, cozy and comfortable with a separate private bathroom down the hall. Kitchen and dining areas were spacious enough…. Jacqui was polite and pleasant; good communications!
Jacqui and her home were both DELIGHTFUL! The accommodation itself was incredibly cozy, and her home felt very welcoming. It was cozy and bright and lovely. Her senior weiner dog, Willy was a sweetheart to see in the home too. What really made my stay exceptional was Jacqui's warm personality and attentive hospitality. She went out of her way to ensure that my trip was memorable, and it's clear she puts her heart into hosting. I can’t recommend Jacqui’s Airbnb highly enough for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable stay with a host who is truly one of a kind. Thank you, Jacqui, for making my solo trip so special!

The neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet and serene. It is also VERY safe. Looking down the street you will see a sea of beautiful blue washed home with lots of greenery and quiet front yards. Historic Melbourne is right over the bridge and famous 5th ave is a mile away. It is a quiet, small town feel but everything one needs to have a restful getaway with alot of opportunities for fun at the same time. There is an amazing whole food/organic store up the road, family owned restaurants and even Starbucks to feel back in the city. Once here you’ll see beach life is just as fullfilling as any city!
A car would be ideal but anyone can still walk to many places. Parking is not a problem by me, but one could also easily get around with a bicycle. There is little public transportation here.

I am a musical theater performer and am currently back in my hometown in FL! When not onstage, I work as an esthetician, and LMT. I lived abroad many yrs and traveled all over the country. I enjoy sharing a dose of hospitality to anyone needing a change of pace from the hotel scene or just wanting a more sense of 'home' away from home.
