This one of a kind place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit! This is an attached guesthouse so the owner lives onsite. There are separate entrances for more privacy. The guesthouse features 1 full bath, 1 bedroom with a full size bed, a microwave/oven/air-fryer combo, and a small fridge. It’s walking distance to Indian River and the airport. Plus, it’s only a few miles from the Beach, Downtown Melbourne, Eau Gallie, and more! There’s also a small dog park down the road. This is an attached guesthouse with an open concept (about 300 sq ft) and a shared fenced in back yard. The guesthouse features an open area with a dining room table and 2 chairs, kitchenette with a beverage cooler/small fridge (reaches 41 degrees), an air fryer/microwave/oven combo, and a kitchen sink, as well as a large dresser with a 50” TV, a bedroom with a full size bed, and 2 chairs. The smart TV is a FireTV with WiFi provided so that you can use your favorite apps. Disclaimer: there is a pool in the backyard with no cover, but it is not for guests. The left side of the yard (to the left of the pool) is free to use by guests. I also have a dog and guests are allowed to bring their pets so it’s possible to come across my dog and/or dog poop if you are in the backyard.
