Eric’s place was very unique and in a good area of Buffalo. My brother loved the loft net area and hung out in it most of the time we were there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! The only “downside” is that the house is very open, so you can hear every noise that is made very clearly. It also does seem that this is an AirBnB that’s lived in, so there were a lot of personal items filling the home (clothes, groceries, etc.). Not a bad thing, just my first experience staying at an AirBnB that someone occupied. Overall, it was a unique stay in a safe area!

Erik's place was very cool! Matched the description exactly. My kids loved the net and hung out there a lot. Erik was helpful with some local recs before we checked in. Be aware that there's parking on the street, but you have to make sure you park on the correct side depending on what day it is (Thurs-Mon, Mon-Thurs). The stairs to the third floor are narrow and there's only a bed up there (no bathroom), so if you are unsteady or need to go in the middle of the night, take caution. The TV on the 2nd floor was big and great to watch from the bed. There's not a lot of places to put your luggage/clothes as far as tables/dressers so you'll be probably using small shelves or using your luggage from the floor. The third floor just has a bed and the ceilings are not high (but has 4 great skylights!) so if you are tall, plan on staying on the 2nd floor! Overall, the place was great, and definitely has a vibe of a place to chill.
