The place wasn’t clean there were smokes on the window sill, dust under all the furniture and a huge stain on the wall, toilet was not flushing properly and I wasn’t informed how to use it until my last day, electricity on the plugs went which meant no heating, no refrigeration and could not charge any device. Communication was poor no one came to help at any point, only option was when I wasn’t in the property.

Great place to spend your stay. Easy access to bus stop into the city.

Positives: Nice location, bus stop is very close if you don't have a car, shops and cafes in walking distance, very responsive host. Negatives: The main bedroom had mold in the wardrobe and had a very strong damp smell - opening the windows and turning on the dehumidifier didn't help, the smell never goes away, we couldn't sleep well. The smaller two bedrooms were ok. In the living room there is a large stained area on the wall. There was a small fridge in the living room - not used for a long time, it has mold inside which adds to the smell problem. Shower door is broken so you end up with lots of water on the floor after having shower. I have pictures of all the defects. Overall: This place should not cost 4,000 euros for a month stay. If you charge 4,000 euros you have to put some of that money back into the property to maintain it in good condition - remove the mold, get read of the damp smell, paint the heavily stained walls, fix the shower door, replace the broken laundry dryer

L'appartement est idéalement bien situé. les bus sont tout proches. Lucas et Alison sont très à l'écoute. Ils ont eu la patience de nous attendre très tard, le soir de notre arrivée à cause d'un retard de notre avion et nous les en remercions. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour, nous reviendrons.
