We have stayed in many airbnbs and Joanne went above and beyond with communication! We appreciate her accommodating us, and being flexible! Her place was exactly as described and perfect for our stay for a family event in the area. Would love to come back and have time to enjoy the beach, ferry, and harpoons nearby in the summer. Also, backyard was great for our small dog. Thanks again!

Joann’s home was so charming and cozy. We loved the beach-theme design and comfortable living area w/ large TV. There was a large fenced-in back yard that our dog loved (we live in an apartment!) Joann was very helpful with answering any questions we had. The home was only 4 blocks from the beautiful bay and the sunset was amazing!

A last-minute search for dog friendly accommodations in Cape May brought us to this cozy small house in Lower Township for a mid-winter weekend get-away. Just five blocks from the Delaware Bay beach and a short drive to other popular beaches, the Washington Street Mall, and numerous excellent restaurants, the house is in a quiet safe neighborhood. It was a perfect size for my husband, me, and our Golden Retriever, even having a fenced-in yard for the dog. It was very clean, attractive, and well appointed with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The owner, JoAnn, was very friendly and accessible, texting to make sure all was well and was immediately responsive to any questions we had. We recommend it highly and hope to return.
