Bo was a great host. He proactively reached out to us to make sure that we got in okay and to make sure that we had everything that we needed. He also checked in several times during our stay to ensure that everything was perfect. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The house is located close to the ocean and the riverfront. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

I will definitely stay here again! Bo was very responsive and the house was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighbors were really quiet and the house is centrally located so it is convenient to shopping and the beach. Definitely on my list of favorites in the Wilmington area!

Bo's place is lovely. I immediately noticed how clean everything was, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The beds are super comfy and we slept very well. It's located within easy driving distance to the beach and lots of what Wilmington has to offer. Side note: it's around the corner from Social, a great cafe. The neighborhood is quiet and the pine trees are lovely. It has an "out in the country" feel but it's right in town.
