Experience luxury, entertainment, and relaxation all in one place. **IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHARED SPACE** Owner lives on the property in separate living quarters! This property is unique in that it offers multiple living spaces on the premises. Guests will have private access to all amenities and full use of the home during their stay. The owner and family member reside in the two units in the back of the property and will assure the privacy of all guests during their stay. If any help is needed with amenity use, owner is happy to help! Other than the possibility of a quick "hello" when coming and going, guests will not be sharing spaces and will not need to worry about this during their stay! INTERIOR Guests are welcomed with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. 2 Living Room spaces each with their own TV provide ample seating and lounging for all guests, a large dining table is set for sharing meals and conversation, and a pool table for a little added friendly competition! The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and dinnerware for a great meal cooked at home. The stainless steel appliances and gas stovetop add a luxurious touch to this kitchen that you're sure to enjoy. A Keurig, blender, and toaster are included for guests to use as needed! The Master Bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has a 50" TV and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with 50" TV and shares the hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a 43" TV with one single bed, and one single trundle bed. The washer/dryer can be found in the hallway across from this bedroom. EXTERIOR (Please refer to the "House Rules" section for information regarding use of amenities) Step out of the back door to your Wilmington oasis! The patio seating is set for your next cup of morning coffee. The pool and sun loungers are the perfect place to catch the sun rays or strike up a game of volleyball! For those hoping to relax, the Hot Tub is just a short walk past the pool and easy to use controls. The pavilion houses a TV for viewing while you are grilling the perfect dinner for the crew.
