This home was wonderful, just as described, but what really stood out was how the hosts went above and beyond. We came into town for my grandma's 80th birthday party and they left balloons and a small cake to help celebrate. There was a minor understandable issue when we arrived, but Courtney came right over and completely fixed it for us. The communication was amazing throughout our stay and the home felt just like that - a home. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely stay again when the whole family is in the area!

Centrally located and within an easy drive to activities available in Wilmington. Nice to have a garage (that included an EV charger), and the elevator was a big help in moving luggage in and out. The kitchen was well stocked, with all the appliances. The TV had great reception and streaming services. Wifi worked great.

Great place! Excellent communication from owners, plenty of space for our group, and super clean. Endless entertainment options in the area close by. We would stay again!

Steven's place was perfect for our family get together., there were 11 of us. All of us adults had a nice and comfortable king size bed, and each of the kids (teens) had a bed for their head. The house is spacious, great to all hang together in one space. The kitchen, where we all like to gather has an awesome large table to gather at. There's plenty of parking, location is right in the middle of wilmington. Only about 12min to downtown. Steven is super friendly and very fast to respond to any questions you have, him and his team made sure we had all our check-in check out information and were available if we needed anything. Highly highly recommend this place, and he has a few other locations right downtown - ask about them if you're looking. I would rent any of his properties. I have no doubts they are all amazing. Great exeperience, 5 stars, would give 10 if I could!
