Everything was great! Clean, beautifully decorated, super nice kitchen and bathrooms. The home was well stocked with everything we could have needed, including beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas and a cooler. Same with the kitchen. It had anything and everything we could have needed. Very comfortable home and we would definitely stay again. Location was good too. Easy drive to downtown and the beaches.

Terry and Donna were amazing hosts! The home is immaculate on the inside and outside. The backyard is a cute fenced in area with a fire pit and a deck. It was such a wonderful space to spend time outside with our pups while my husband and I were working in town. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked. The skylight brings in good vibes while cooking in the kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about the bathrooms as well, I mean have you seen that tub!?! Warm water, safe area, quite but convenient location, clean and comfy home. This one’s a winner for sure!

I am a regular Airbnb traveler and would rate Terry’s place as one of the nicest, and of real value compared to some of the places stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. She even put up a Christmas Tree and decorations for me family to enjoy. Great added touch, and much appreciated! Communication was great too. I would highly recommend this wonderful little historic home to anyone visiting the Wilmington area.
