Our stay on Perry was very enjoyable. We have stayed in other Air B and B and VRBO properties and this by far was the best. The decor was pristeen and everything was incredibly organized.. The hosts were very responsive to any issues. There were problems with Nespresdoand the disposal stopped working right before our departure. These were probably normal wear and tear. If you plan on visiting Wilmington this is the place.

5/5 stars!! This place was beautiful and the beds were soooo comfy. It was very well stocked with all essentials and plenty of towels & linens! I would definitely rebook with Greg on my next Wilmington trip.

We LOVED our time at Greg’s place. It was clean, stylish and comfortable. Perfect for our family and pup. The neighborhood is beautiful and only a block from a beautiful park. We will definitely be returning for some long weekends in the future!

The hosts were quick and responsive. This place was really pretty and clean. On top of that, it was close to some good food. Hope to be back.

We had such a wonderful time!! The place was even better than the pictures. Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and exploring all the local restaurants and breweries. We would definitely stay here again!!
