The Stylish Stay is one of two properties (sister property is The Rad Pad) that has a shared space / Courtyard complete with a gorgeous pergola seating area and a fire pit surrounded by 8 Adirondack Chairs. This home is one of two Air BnB properties next door to each other that shares a common area for all guests to enjoy. Guests are welcome to rent one property individually or both homes simultaneously. This is a perfect situation for multiple families or groups of friends to each have their own space but still spend time together should they choose. As an added bonus, we have created a shared common area that boasts a beautiful checkered stone floor pergola with a comfortable outdoor sectional and rocking chairs. The courtyard also features a propane powered fire pit surrounded by eight Adirondack chairs. The courtyard is lit by Edison bulbs that are on a timer which automatically turn on and off each evening. There is additional solar powered pathway lights coupled with the Edison lights which set the ambiance for a magical and festive evening for our guests. If you are not into sharing spaces with the property next door—no worries! Each home has its own private fenced in backyard. The entire property is surrounded by a large privacy fence. Interior: This home has been carefully and painstakingly curated to capture an organic, minimalist, yet artistic vibe. You will not find any boring big box store furniture sets here. Each property has unique pieces collected from local antique stores and vintage finds to create a thoughtful atmosphere. Bedrooms: Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and down alternative bedding to accommodate those with allergies. Every bedroom has room darkening and/or “black out” curtains for guests to enjoy. Each bedroom has 4 pillows. Not into soft, fluffy pillows? No worries, we have gel cooling/firmer pillows for you. We want our guests to have the luxuries of home, which is why you will not find “bag” bed sets here. We offer comfortable white bed sheets complete with a down alternative comforter encased in a luxurious duvet. This property has two queen sized bedrooms, one king sized master bedroom, and a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room to accommodate 8 guests. ****Please notify the owner if you are planning on using the pull out couch, so we may ensure there is additional bedding provided for the pull out couch. **** There are two full bathrooms upstairs (one is in the master suite) and there is a half bath downstairs. Pets: Dogs are absolutely welcome! We do ask our guests who bring their furry family members to keep their pup out of the common area (courtyard) if they are renting one of the two properties, out of courtesy of other guests. Your pup is welcome to use the private backyard area of the property with the gate closed.
